LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Players will progress through 11 levels based on their total wagered amount. The loyalty levels are divided into the following wagering ranges:
Level 1: C$0 - C$1,200
Level 2: C$1,202 - C$3,600
Level 3: C$3,602 - C$6,000
Level 4: C$6,002 - C$9,600
Level 5: C$9,602 - C$15,600
The way the Dukat loyalty program is built is pretty ordinary. You play, the system counts your points, and when your total passes a certain number you move to the next level. Each level gives you a set of rewards, usually a mix of free spins and bonus money, and the conditions on those rewards get better as you go up.
There are three things that are useful to know before you look at the table of levels:
Points are given for the amount you wager with your own money, and the rate isn't the same for every part of the lobby. Slots are where most players collect the majority of their points simply because that's where most of the play happens, but table games, video poker and live tables also count, since those are real-money bets as well. The current rate and your running total are both in your account, and that's the place to look rather than a number someone quotes on a forum.
The play that doesn't give you anything is easy to remember. Demo mode doesn't count because there's no money involved, and spins made with bonus funds or with free spins don't count either, because that money isn't yours until the wagering is finished.

As you can see, the distance between levels is small at the beginning and becomes much bigger later on. From level 1 to level 2 there are 750 points, while between level 9 and level 10 there are more than a hundred thousand of them. It's made that way on purpose, so that the first levels are something you can reach in a normal week of playing, and the top ones are for people who play here regularly over a long period.
Your current Dukat level, how many points you have and how far it is to the next level are all shown in your account, and that's the only place where the numbers are up to date.
The number of free spins at each casino level goes up, which is the obvious part of it, but the conditions on those spins matter more than the count does.

It's easier to see with an example. Let's say a reward gives you spins and you win C$30 with them. If the wagering is 45x, you'd have to bet C$1,350 in total before that C$30 turns into withdrawable money. If the wagering is 10x, it's C$300. The win is the same in both cases, and the only thing that changed is your level, which is the main reason why moving up is worth something.
The withdrawal limit changes as well, from C$50 on the lower levels to C$100 on levels 8 to 10. That limit is the most you can take out of that particular reward, it isn't an amount you're supposed to reach and it isn't a promise of anything.

These two things don't really compete with each other. Someone who has just registered at Dukat will get far more out of the welcome package, and somebody who has been playing here for several months usually finds the loyalty levels more useful, mostly because of the lower wagering once you're past level 7.
There are three kinds of reward in the loyalty program and every level gives you some combination of them.
Loyalty rewards at casinos are credited to the account within an hour after they're issued, and they can only be used on games that are eligible for them. One thing that's easy to miss: rewards aren't collected for you. The terms ask players to check their loyalty status regularly and claim what's available, so logging in every few days is the simplest way to avoid leaving a reward sitting there. If an hour has passed after a level change and you still see nothing, support can check what happened.
Only one bonus can be active at a time, and that rule applies here as well, so you can't run a loyalty reward and a deposit bonus together.
There are two more conditions that apply when it comes to taking money out. The account has to be fully verified, and a deposit has to have been made, before a withdrawal request that involves loyalty spin winnings goes through. Neither of those is unusual, but it's better to finish verification early than to discover it at the moment you want to cash out.
These three things overlap in a few places, so it's worth explaining how.
Loyalty points come from real-money play, which means that a session spent clearing the wagering on a deposit bonus doesn't move your level at all. Tournaments work in the same way, because leaderboards only count real-money spins. So a weekend where you play with your own money does two things at once, it earns you points for the tournament and it moves you along the loyalty ladder.
Live dealer games are a bit of a special case at Dukat. They give you loyalty points, because you're betting real money at the table, but their contribution to bonus wagering is 0%, so they do nothing for an active bonus.
Take a Dukat player who deposits around C$50 a couple of times a month and spends it on slots. In the first weeks they'll go through the early levels fairly quickly, since levels 1 to 3 are only a few thousand points apart, and the rewards arrive as small batches of spins with 45x on them.
Around levels 4 to 6 things slow down. The rewards get bigger, 100 spins at level 5 and 119 at level 6, and the wagering drops to 35x, so those spins are worth noticeably more than the ones at the start. Levels 8 and higher are a different story, both in the number of points you need and in the 10x wagering that comes with them, and most players never reach that part of the ladder. There's nothing wrong with that, and it isn't a reason to deposit more than you planned just to get there.
A loyalty program is built to make people play more, and there's no point pretending otherwise. The sensible way to use one is to let it follow the play you were going to do anyway instead of playing in order to reach the next level.
A few things that help with that:
Every loyalty reward in your Dukat account comes with its own conditions, and they're not always identical even within one level. There are four things worth checking.
The first is the list of games, because spins are tied to specific titles and won't open anywhere else. The second is the wagering, which depends on your level. The third is the withdrawal limit, which is C$50 on the lower levels and C$100 on the top ones. The fourth is the expiry, and here it's useful to remember that a reward sitting in your account unactivated is fine, but once you activate it the timer runs whether you're playing or not.
If a reward looks different from what you expected for your level, take a screenshot and send it to support before you activate it, because once a bonus is running, cancelling it also removes whatever you've won with it.
No, every player with a Dukat account is in it already, and points start counting from your first real-money bet.
No, only real money counts. While you're playing through the wagering on a bonus, your level isn't moving.
Each reward has its own expiry date and it's written on the reward in your account. Activating one normally starts the timer, so it's better to activate when you're about to play.
Loyalty levels are based on the points you've collected, so a level doesn't disappear when you use a reward. If you're not sure where you stand, your account page shows the level and the total.
It's C$50 on the first six levels and C$100 on levels 8 to 10, and the exact limit for a particular reward is shown on the reward itself.
They're for different situations. Weekly offers need a qualifying deposit, while loyalty rewards come for play you've already done. At the higher levels the 10x wagering on loyalty rewards is better than the 35x on the weekly offers.
No, loyalty bonuses can't be transferred and stay on the account that earned them.
The Dukat program is built around levels rather than personal managers, and questions about rewards at any level go to support in live chat.
In your account, next to your level. The number goes up as you play and it also shows how far you are from the next level.
